Ox Club is the first to serve traditional Chiushan beef hotpot in Toronto, with beef cuts from a whole ox. Originated in the town of Chiushan, a coastal region in the eastern part of the Guangdong province, we aim to provide hotpot lovers in North America with the unique flavourful experience that signifies the sparks of life in the bustling streets of southern China.

The Chiushan Beef Hotpot is marked by a perfect combination of fresh meat, a mastery of knife skills, and careful control of heat. Forgoing heavy seasonings, the bone broth retained a clarity unlike any other hotpot styles, where the freshness of simple ingredients shines through. The cuts of beef differ in colour and texture, giving rise to numerous possibilities in taste as they are cooked in the boiling broth for varied amounts of time.
